Hourly simulation of how much condensate a cooling coil actually produces across a full year of real city weather. Day-aware operating schedules (18 building types) mean a school is not simulated as a hospital. A second page turns that yield into a reuse study: tank sizing on a daily mass balance and the potable-water offset — irrigation and flushing, not just a drain pipe.
