Occupancy Calculator

Occupant load and means of egress for a whole project, space by space, story by story. It computes occupant load, required egress capacity, and the minimum number of exits — then attaches the per-occupancy requirements that follow and surfaces the requirements that are triggered by crossing an occupant-load threshold, which is what usually gets missed.
