Pressurization Systems

Sizes the system that holds a closed heating, chilled or condenser water circuit at the right pressure and tops it up when it loses water: the expansion vessel or pump / compressor pressurization unit, the full pressure ladder, the make-up set and the safety valve. BS EN 12828 Annex D is the default method, with BS 7074 and the ASHRAE handbook alongside as cross-checks. The nearest real vessel or unit is suggested from built-in Reflex and EMO BOSS catalogues, and every run exports a branded Word report and an Excel equipment schedule. Closed circuits up to 120 °C; high-temperature gas-cushion systems are out of scope.
